Then the fumigator had given me an appointment at 7 am. I drove in from Pomona (a one-hour drive) where I was staying and they did not show up till 2:38 pm... Then they had the audacity to tell me that the 7 am was for the gas Co. But the Gas Co. came the day before. Right on time. So when they finally began to tent the house, the supervisor told me that I should stay away for an additional day!
It made me reserve an extra night at a Motel and get one for my tenant. They left my house and garden is shameful condition with tape on the inside walls applied with dirty hands, drink bottles in the yard and they drove their truck in my front yard. Tire tracks on the parkway AND the front lawn. How dare ANYONE do that to a paying customer. Really now... Don't they have ANY respect at all? I know the guys don't have common sense but some boss should at least tell them: "Hey, Amigos. don't drive on customer's house's lawns; comprende!" I'm fuming... None of their website or email works. All communication has to be done by phone, and on weekends when the guys are tenting, no one calls back. How convenient for them.
They are inexpensive compared to others. They have good web ratings. They were late and their customer service is far from being adequate. They're basically in and out as fast as they can and have no regard for the properties they work on.
