+ -1 moreBEWARE of this company and the owner, Kevin Nickel. He is unable to keep his stories straight or give anybody confidence in his bid. His bid was 45% higher than the average of the 3 other bids we rec'd for this work. The potential add-ons are deadly, and if you ask specific questions or drill down into facts, he gets defensive and refuses to commit to a thing. Tried to strong-arm us into signing a contract. DO NOT EVEN BOTHER REACHING OUT FOR A BID FROM THIS GUY. We were referred by one of the top agents in Orange County, and we have let him know as well.
Description of Work: Requested bid for painting interior of 3200 SF home with 4 BR and 3 BA, including 2 car garage. Work to be bid included removing wallpaper in kitchen, 3 bathrooms, and 1 bedroom.
