They really should charge more for all the work they do! They are really friendly, easy going and respectful. Dr. Pannier and her staff are very knowledgeable and very encouraging. I was completely stressed out and worried about my little diabetic dog, but I left feeling that I had everything under control! I've had pets all my life and have gone to many veterinary hospitals, but, this is by far the best. And this comes from a Hyper vigilant nurse!

When we arrived, the office staff was very polite. I filed out all the new client paperwork and gave them the records and X-Rays from the emergency vet. When we went back, the techs were very patient with Riley as he was in alot of pain and discomfort. Then we met Dr Pannier. This lady is what every vet should be like! From the moment she walked into the room, it was all about Riley (my pug). She was very nice and she took the time to explain what was going on with his leg, even know they were particularly busy that day. She wasn't happy with the swelling of Riley's leg and his obvious discomfort, so she prescribed another antibiotic and pain medicine. She said that because of the swelling, she wasn't going to remove the drain that day and to bring him back in in two days for a recheck. Well the next day Dr. Panniers office staff called to check up on Riley, and I told them that he still seemed to be in alot of pain. She informed me that Dr Pannier was off that day but she would get in contact with her to see what could be done. She called me back 15 minutes later and said she called Dr Pannier at home and she switched his pain medicine. I was like WOW! That effort in itself speaks volumes to me! We went back on Saturday 08/18/12 and the drain in his leg was removed. This will be the only vet I will ever go to again. This place should be a model in which all other vet hospitals are measured! Oh and by the way.....Riley approves this message.....WOOF! =)

The staff is very professional and caring. I have owned three dogs and three cats over the years and they have taken care of illnesses and putting critters when needed to. They have given me excellent advice.

MY CATS GET THEIR REGULAR EXAMS AND SHOTS. RECENTLY ALL 5 CATS WERE TREATED FOR TAPE WORMS SINCE WE COULD NOT TELL WHICH ONE OR ONES HAD THE PROBLEM. THERE HAVE BEEN A COUPLE OF MORE SERIOUS PROBLEMS BUT THEY ARE TOO COMPLICATED TO EXPLAIN HERE. IN SUMMARY, ALL EXPERIENCES WERE POSITIVE.

I think that Dr. Patricia works great with owners and their pets. Her prices are reasonable and she is very friendly. The staff is also very friendly as well. I think that they have been in business a long time.
