Very well. I thought I was going to replace the garbage disposal and also drain pipes. But all it needed was tightening. What an honest plummer! Saved me lots of money. Definitely a keeper.?❤??

Had to hire a plumber for a toilet leak, and Empire was one of the first to respond by phone, was polite, and could arrive the next morning. Samuel was on-time, calling me before his arrival, was courteous and explained everything the needed to be done. He had to replace a flange and did as expected. The leak was severe enough that another unrelated crew had to replace drywall upstairs and down, and Sam asked that I call him when he could reseat the toilet. Four months later he returned, again was a professional, calling me and asking if he could arrive early, and did so. I cannot say enough about Gabe, whom I only spoke to on the phone and via text, and Samuel, who's now been to my home 3 times. Empire Plumbing is one of the best home service companies I've worked with and others can learn from. I whole heartedly recommend them for plumbing.

The process could not have been handled more efficiently. Ruben and his apprentice, Rodrigo, were extremely professional, knowledgeable and courteous. From contact last night to noon today, the complete process was finished. Not only was Ruben courteous, but very prompt in our communication. My wife and I could not be more pleased-Ruben handled everything. I would not hesitate one minute to highly recommend Empire Plumbing to do anyone’s work-his contact info is permanently in my phone.

Richard from Empire Plumbing did a great job, only fixing what needed to be fixed, gave me accurate quotes for each job he did. He was on time and very pleasant person to deal with. I would recommend Richard to anyone who needs plumbing work done. I don't mind paying for quality work!

It went better than anticipated! Ruben contacted me late yesterday evening , in response to our plumbing emergency, and scheduled a service for 9am this morning. He arrived early and was very friendly and confident in his ability to repair the valve. He replaced it with quality products and was efficient and fast. Ruben is a very talented plumber and seasoned veteran at such a young age! I would refer him to all my friends in need of plumbing services and am grateful for him being available for my family.

Very satisfied. Gabe came to give an estimate and thoroughly checked out the job. explained sll that needed to be done and gave a really reasonable quote. he has a great crew who arrived right on time. they setup to start working taking care to prevent any damage to the house, floors etc. these guys were very knowledgeable when asked questions and took the time to make sure we knew everything that was going on. there were a few issues under the house we didn't know about and Gabe & his crew explained them to us, reassured us they could fix them and Gabe gave us a very fair price to take care of them also. left everything really clean when they finished.. This is an excellent company to do business with. very honest, competent, great prices and Gabe & his crew are a pleasure to work with. will hire again and definitely recommend them.

It went very well. I would recommend this company highly! I wouldn’t call any other business. I take care of a person and her home needed quite a bit of work and he did a fantastic job! I’m her trustee as she has dementia and caregivers. The sink kitchen faucet needed fixed, her bathroom shower was stopped up and he fixed some drain pipes under her home. I also have a friend who has several homes and they service all their plumbing needs. They leave the house clean when they leave. Their expertise is excellent and they are on time for appointments I am truly a satisfied customer.
