ORANGE INDEPENDENT AUTO REPAIR

They're excellent as a independent garage, I am very impressed with them. It's really just a couple of guys in a workshop, we were recommend by a friend about 5 or 6 years ago.  The best thing about them is they wouldn't do things that don't need done.

I've been going there since the mid-1980s and some other customers have been going much longer. The shop has a reputation for honesty and fair pricing. It's a no-frills building, which seems to reflect the shop's philosophy of keeping costs down. Clean, courteous, knowledgeable, honest and always willing to explain things in detail.

Orange Independent is always honest and economical (especially compared to dealer repair services). I've been taking my cars there since the 1980s, when the current owner's father ran the business. Many other customers I've run into have been going longer. It's hard to find a trustworthy mechanic, but I've never felt like Orange Independent was trying to rip me off. Whenever I have a dealership tell me a certain repair is needed, I get a second opinion from Rick. Often, he'll tell me the repair isn't necessary. Or, if it is, he does it much cheaper.

My experience with them was okay. I was a little upset because I wasn't expecting to pay that price but the it seemed proper for what they did.

They offer a good price with an excellent quality of service. We have taken all of our Volkswagen to them. We've been using them for years and they have been fantastic.
