I have an older HP desktop that had begun running slow and freezing.  I had been frustrated dealing with it, but was uncertain who to call or take it to.  I joined Angie's List and looked up places close to where I live.  Ogre Techs had great references, so I called them.  Jason called me back the same day, remotely cleaned up my computer and it's running efficiently again.  Great experience, very convenient and done with courtesy and professionalism.  I highly recommend them and will definitely use them again.  Even gave me a discount when I forgot to ask for it.

Where do I begin?
Seeking services for anything these days can be scary business, and computer repair would top that list. Never fear anymore! Go no further than Ogre Techs! Jason was AWESOME! First, he gave me a brief diagnoses over the phone when I explained what was going on with BOTH of my computers. He came the next day (on a SUNDAY!) and revived my ailing older computer back to life. The second computer, sadly, was DOA, and he told me not to waste any more time or money on it. That advise was greatly appreciated, because I am sure there are many companies who would take your money gladly to try to repair a hopeless machine. 
Jason helped me select a new computer online, which arrived in 2 days time. He then came back  the day after it arrived to install it, changed out keyboards from my dead puter to the old soldier downstairs, took the hard drive out of the dead puter (it was a new hard drive I had just purchased for it recently) and installed it as a backup hard drive, and basically got me up and running with a beautiful new computer. He took the time to go through all the set ups, and gave me great advice about incorporating and consolidating programs I use frequently.
 A big part of my life is spent on my computer, and I feel that Jason has restored sanity and happiness in my life by
1: being the GREAT tech that he is 
2:giving me back wonderfully working computers
3: really taking the time to ensure my every computer need was met
When it came time to pay for 2 days services, I held my breath, but with the coupon Ogre Techs give you on Angies list and the great rates they charge, it was a great relief! The value I received for the time spent, the expertise, not to mention the fact he did all the services in my home,( the computers never left the premises) his travel time....all amazing! Plus, he's a really nice guy!
I can't thank him enough, and will be sure to give everyone I know a heads up that I found a GREAT computer repair service!

Don?t put yourself at risk by getting some unknown person from some website where people advertise everything from cars for sale, to apartments for rent, to tech support.  You do not know who is on the other end of your web search.  Also, don?t take your computer to some other location where you no longer have control of your information.

Before finding Ogretechs on Angie?s List I called a national group who decided my problem was a virus and wanted me to pay a huge amount for them to ?help? me over the phone.  During the conversation I had with the national group I became convinced that they were just going to take my money for something that was not going to resolve the problem, then charge me again when they decided they needed to send someone over to my home anyway.

After speaking to the national group, I found Ogretechs on Angie?s List.  I called Ogretech and left a message after 5 on a Friday.  Within a short period of time I was speaking with Jason and was able to set up a time for him come to my home to work on my computer at my convenience. Jason was very knowledgeable and was able to fix my problem in very little time, and was even able to help me recover some data that I thought was lost.
 
I have now used Ogretechs twice and have been very pleased with the help I received, with the cost of the service, and with how quick they were able to come to my home.

Jason was helpful, courteous and professional throughout the exerience. He arrived exactly on time for both service calls and worked quickly without wasting any time. Service was well worthwhile and I highly recommend Ogre Techs.

This is my second experience with Jason...both times it felt like he saved my life! When you have computer problems and they effect your work perfomance it's extremely important to have the issue fixed immediately. He has done that twice now with extreme patience, knowledge, and quickness. I can't recommend him highly enough. It's nice not to panic if something goes wrong with your PC and you know exactly who to call to resolve the issue. Thanks Jason!
