From the no-pressure salesman to the installer who made sure that everything was correct and clean before he left, working with OC Quality Home Products was pleasant. I particularly like the solar mesh screening that cuts down on the amount of sun glare coming through our west-facing door in the afternoon.

We ordered 2 retractable screen doors for the back of our home. One was for a french slider and the other was for french doors. We also had our front door retractable screen portion replaced. They were very prompted, delivered what they promised and very professional. The doors work wonderful. We could not be happier. I am going to get a quote for a retractable awning from them as well. I would highly recommend them .

We ordered our retractable screens doors from them and then had a problem with our French door installation (not them) so they had to wait to install. They were patient and professional. When we were ready they came out and did a beautiful job. We couldn't be happier. In fact, we sent them directly over to our neighbors and they had the same doors installed. All in all a great experience.

This company was recommended to me by a co-worker and boy, am I glad! David did the initial consultation and was so helpful with his suggestions and expertise. Their estimate was the lowest of 3 and the quality of their work and professionalism could not be beaten! Brian did the installation and was efficient and a pleasure to have around (though he wasn't here long - like I said, efficient). As I understand it this is a family business and their pride in their work really shows!

I was very happy with the professionalism and quality of the product and service. My only complaint was that, in my opinion, it slightly difficult to follow up with the serviceman once my order was placed. In his defense he did state that they had lost an employee recently so they were trying to cover their own plus the other employees workload. He was willing to work later into the evening to accomodate our schedules. Overall I was very happy with the service and would definitely use this company again. I recommend them for this product.
