The remodel of our 120 sf kitchen, was estimated to be 5 week project. At week 17 we finally had to ask them to leave, with the kitchen incomplete. And we've had to hire another contractor to come in to finish, and also to undo and correct several items.
Ryan and his team would go for up to 10 days without doing any work or responding to us. Never providing information as to why the cabinets were repeatedly delayed or incorrect, only repeat promises that everything would be complete "next week". And week after week- the project dragged on with little progress.
I would not recommend this company or Ryan to anyone.
We selected them out of all the bids we received or the project, based on the "custom" cabinetry they promised. Unfortunately the cabinets themselves have been the worst part of the project. Both the constant delays, and the end quality were highly disappointing.
