when we bought our house, the seller had Nohl Ranch Pool service the pool on a monthly basis. they were charging $150. we found another pool guy for 1/2 the price!

The experience was fine. The follow up was really good. When they came to re plumb the pool, they knocked down a retaining wall. However, they fixed it.

As I stated, they didn't come out on a service call and they very well could have and made some profit. They were more interested in helping me maintain my pool.

We have a contract with them. I didn?t like them from the first day. When we initially contracted their services, the pool had not been cleaned for about three weeks. They came out and basically they didn?t clean the pool. The person who came didn?t show any response. The owner was my wife?s friend; I backed off a little bit on it.

They are on top of it & are very reliable. Other than building it & plastering, they've done everything for us from start up through maintenance, installation & upgrades on our pools.

IT WAS A PLEASURE. THEY'RE EASY TO DEAL WITH, NO PROBLEMS. THEY WERE HELPFUL. IT'S A FAMILY RUN BUSINESS. THEY ARE JUST A PLEASANT FAMILY TO DEAL WITH. WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD BE HERE, THEY WERE HERE.
