It went slower than expected, he talks a lot. He did very good work though, and because this is an older house, there were unforeseen complications with some of the work. Overall, we are very pleased with his work and it was a pleasure having him here.

I called Doug on a Friday and he was able to do the job the next week. He showed up on time, and worked meticulously on the repairs. His work is top quality. It was a very pleasant experience and I will hire him for any future jobs. There were no surprises, and Doug came in under estimate.
