Incredibly, Mike was able to walk me through repairing my own broken, deteriorated bathtub faucet over the phone (during the COVID-19 quarantine!). He had me take apart the faucet, then I sent photos of everything to him so he could assess the problem. He told me I didn't need to go into the wall/tile in order to repair it, which is what I was afraid of. He found the replacement part in his catalogs, sent me to Home Depot to get it and other stuff I needed for the repair, texted me a video of how to do the repair, and then answered questions while I worked on it. He never had to come over, though he was ready to if I decided I didn't want to do it myself. He is also beyond fair in terms of his hourly rate and with his time. And he did this on a Saturday morning. He's one of the good ones.

He is beyond excellent. He can do everything and he does it all well. He is knowledgeable, honest, and is the nicest guy. He never leaves a mess. I would highly recommend him to anyone and I would not use anyone else.

Mike is excellent. In every aspect, a methodical professional. I had work done previously by a different plumber that didn't fix the problem. Mike came and diagnosed the problem and took care of the whole job. He's detailed and very reasonably priced.

Everything is Perfect as usual. This is a very SATISFIED home owner. When I need something done it's Mike I go too. Everyone I've recommended him too loves him and won't use anyone else.  You couldn't find a Better Handyman any where in the world!!
