Mesa Garage Doors

Installation was good but. I bought my garage doors this spring and the other day it almost came down crashing on our head. I called and set an appt for yest from 8 to 12 so i tool a half day off work. They called me at 1225 and said hello im manny from mesa garage doors and i am going to be late. Well yeah really? So i left for work he said ok ill be there tomorrow same time. So i called in this morning to confirm because i took another half day off work and they said ohh we are sorry did any not call to let you know? I said ummm no some one did not contact me. They said oh we are sorry and said we will try for today but what is the next day you have open and i said sat 8 to 12 they said ok and they would call me today. It is now 4pm and no call. They have Zero after puchase customer service and do not care about thier customers time or they dont want to hold up thier part of the warranty they state they hold so dear and are proud of.. do not use this company.

The work itself was very good, I haven't had any problems with that and there wasn't quite  what they said they do but it worked so I'm kind of relieved I might complain when I  think about it after two years later but I just okay that's, I'm not bothering with this one.

Cause their pricing was reasonable I would but I'd be cautious and put it in writing what I need.
