I've been using them for about a year and a half for weekly cleaning

We hired MaidPro to clean our house each week, with a two person crew, for two hours.  The girls that showed up were friendly and I told them what I wanted done...and not done.  I also told them that I would like to have the same cleaning crew each time.  They made a note for the manager to fulfill this request.  I had them clean the house five times, at no time did the same crew come.  They arrived usually on time and typically left 30 minutes early, charging me the full rate each time.  Since the same crew never came, I would have to explain each time what we wanted done. Most times, some of the work, such as vacuuming underneath the sofa, or even dusting the top of a piece of furniture never got done.  On their last service, they used something on our wood flooring and it started to lift some of the finish on the floor.  Our wood flooring does have some problems with the finish already but we have never seen this before... looked like your skin coming off after a sunburn!
One day, only one of the workers came.  She left after two hours (their 'Regular" work time), doing as much work as she could.  We called the service and asked how we would get billed and the manager told us the worker should have stayed twice as long (4 hours)so we would get billed the total amount.  It's difficult to determine their billing because they delay the bill.  I have no idea if I only had to pay for one worker instead of two.
Again the girls that come are friendly but when you are paying this much for a service, one would expect the bosses to listen to reasonable requests from the clients. 
We have terminated their services and are looking for a new one.

They are very dependable.
