We got this company through our home warranty insurance. They called first thing next day and scheduled for the following day. Emanuel showed up right on time. He even took off his shoes because it was raining outside and he did not want to leave shoe prints on our carpet.
After we explained the problem with the heater fan not stopping, he took his time to inspect the whole system thoroughly and pin pointed the source of problem. It was a faulty wire which he replaced. He was very professional and cordial. We strongly recommend them.
