 + -1 moreThe first Little John's auction I attended was during December 2011, I went to their auction site, the Phoenix Club in Anaheim, got a bidder card and watched the fun. I ended up buying one item. Due to the California firearms laws, Little John's cannot release any firearms manufactured after 1898 at the auction, you have to go to their store and complete a California Dealer Record of Sale (DROS), background check and the firearm is held for 10 days. This is standard practice for retail locations as well.
Description of Work: Little John's is an auction service, which primarily deals with firearms, western art, jewelry, coins and antiques. Everyone involved is very friendly and has always answered all of my questions. I have been to two of Little John's auctions and had no problem bidding or purchasing my items. I would advise anyone who buys a firearm, be patient, the state of California makes it very difficult to purchase firearms and there is a lot of paperwork and normally a 10 day waiting period, Little John's knows the process and will store firearms during the waiting period.
