New roof leaks in mutiple areas. They install new roof about two years ago and now its leaking. They refuse to service it because they are "too busy". New roof shouldn't leak within 2 years. Even if it does, a good company will take care of the leak ASAP. Would not recommend this company.

Owner Chuck brought over shingle sample board, measured, etc. & mailed an estimate. I was a little confused because the sample board did not match the shingle listed on the estimate. I ended up visiting, Home Depot, Lowes & a few roofing supply companies, as well as spent a significant amount of time on the internet educating myself on roofing & shingles.
Since this was my first time re-roofing, I would have appreciated knowing what to expect, but I learned along the way.
Chuck was pretty good (timely) about answering phone calls regarding questions while the work was being done.
The tear-off crew could have cleaned up better, I'm still finding wood scraps & nails a month later & had quite a bit off clean up after everything was done.
Overall, I'm happy with my choice of contractor & shingle.
