My husband and I were referred to Infinity Solar by a friend, and I can't rave enough about them. Absolutely everyone we dealt with was very courteous and professional. From the owners and everyone in the office to the installers. Tim was very knowledgable about the product and our choices. But the professionalism didn't end there, on the day of the install he showed up with his crew. Adrian was our foreman, and I can't tell you what an amazing job he did. They showed up everyday of the project when they said they would and cleaned everything at the end of each day. They were clean, polite and never used vulgar language. This was important to me, as my 5 year old and I were home for most of the job. We are so incredibly happy with the way it turned out too, I was excited to be getting solar installed but I never would have guessed how wonderful it would be to deal with Infinity. I would "HIGHLY" recommend them.

First of all, there are a lot of companies out there offering solar. It leaves the consumer confused and wary of the industry. I have a friend who used Infinity Solar and she couldn't stop raving about their company. I had talked to several companies that were advertising on the radio and knocking on my door. They all seemed kinda amateur, a bit shady very pushy. They pretty much all wanted to lock me into an impossible lease. I called Mike from Infinity and asked a lot of questions. Mike was SO knowledgeable and walked me through every step of the process. He came by my house that afternoon and spent a lot of time with me and answered all my questions leaving me 110% certain that Infinity was the BEST option for me. Within 3 weeks the design and engineering was complete. The 4th week the crew arrived and began the most professional installation. The crew chief was polite, clean, professional and very thorough. Three days and we were done! The panels look amazing and they are producing twice as much energy as we even need right now!! Words cannot express how good this company is, from start to finish and STILL following up to ensure my satisfaction. Financing is super simple and all tax credits go to me! Infinity uses panels that are 100% made in the USA and are guaranteed to perform for 30 years. They use high quality inverters that tell me everything I need to know via the internet. The installers arrived on time and worked non-stop. They were so professional and extremely clean and careful with my roof. They even replaced a few roof tiles that were already broken before they arrived! Who does that??! Overall I am extremely happy I went with Infinity. It is a family business and you can tell they care about every job they do and every customer they serve. The owner, Tim, follows up himself and let's you know you are his priority. I highly recommend this company and as a bonus, they pay you a $500 referral fee for the business you bring them. They don't need to advertise on the radio or solicit door to door. The salesman Mike was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in all aspects of the process. The crew was very professional, polite and friendly. They went the extra mile in keeping my property clean all 3 days of the installation. They replaced every broken or chipped roof tile even when they didn't break them! They aim to please in every way. The financing they provide makes it a no brainer to own your system. I would definitely recommend them to everyone!! Great job Infinity Solar!
