+ -1 moreFor a guy that claims to be an "expert" in wood windows he missed several areas when he came out to fix our window. When we called him to come back and fix the window he wanted to charge us more. I only agreed because I was in the middle of getting my house painted and needed the window fixed right away. When he came out to fix the job he never completed he couldn't find our "second" quote he gave me and I couldn't find my copy either. He said he was going to charge me $75.00 an hour until it was finished. I told him to leave at that point. He never completed the job he quoted in the first place. I would not recommend using him!
