Zachery did a maintenance and installed a surge booster. He showed me the corrosion on my filter so I replaced the unit. He was really nice and took time to explain everything I asked.

Originally I had this place as a 1 star from DAY 1! The moment the "technicians" left after the installation, my AC stopped blowing cold air. I then called to report the malfunction. When the second technician came out (Richard), I already knew that I got a good technician, came prepared and knew what my problem was before he even started. I explained my situation and he stated that the communication wire at the compressor is improperly connected. He said that he just came from another job with the exact problem and ended up being the same solution. Once he corrected the wiring, the system blew cold air again! AND, to go above and beyond, he had a mild issue with accessing the wiring at the compressor because the previous installers didn't leave enough wiring to be able to open the panel freely. Richard went and ran new longer wiring to make it easier for him and the next guy to service the unit! I wish I could rate Richard alone, as he deserves 5 stars.

Regular Maintenance: I did the HVAC and AC with Greenstar. It’s been amazing. I did my maintenance work today and it was a great customer service experience. Anthony was very respectful and professional. He is very thorough and would explain and advise on how to maximize efficiency of the system. He is knowledgeable and he went above and beyond what is expected of him. I have been recommending Greenstar to my family and friends. They don’t disappointment. Awesome company, very great and very efficient people.

Hugo and Paul did an excellent, outstanding job very meticulous! We are very happy. The new split duct HVAC wall unit is working fantastic so far! Thanks GreenStar/HomeRight!.

They were very good at painting a picture of the installation and phone call prior to the actual installation. I am still waiting for my correct size filter at the moment. My filter housing is a strange size and old-fashioned. Their guy Carlos came by two days ago and I am still waiting for his response. He said that he would call me yesterday for a good time to meet up and nothing as of yet.

Took advantage of vulnerable senior. My AC was leaking water due to a blocked drain. But service man just tried to sell me a $20,000 replacement unit. When that didnâ t work, he started to scale down to a$5,000 condenser coil, then a $850 condensation pump. I sent him on his way and get another company to fix what he diagnosed as a simple blocked drain.

Huge knee what he was doing and found the problem in a timely manner. We were also interested in a new unit and he took the time to make an appointment for us.

Hugo was very efficient and well informed. He cleaned out the filter and noticed the Air Scrubber wasnâ  t working. He replaced it. We are very happy with the service.

I was so impressed with Hector Balthazar, he was training a new hire Larieffe. Hector is a great technician and wonderful teacher, he explain step by step, and explain why! He is a great leader! Beware, they do not follow through with their promises unless you list out exactly what you agreed upon during their quality assurance call. I was told that I would get a nicer thermostat and insulation installed in the cabinet. Neither were done. They also took 3 days to install instead of taking 1 day like they assured me over and over. I missed two extra days of work because of them with no compensation or discount. They were late up to 2 hours on one of the days. I would not recommend them to others. Their installation job was less than good. The cost was okay, a bit expensive for what I got. Good responsiveness to phone calls.

The service technician tried to convince my 93 years old father in law that he needed over $13,000 of unneeded repairs. I hired another company who repaired the unit for $725. Beware of this company!

They are very helpful and great customer service.

I have not received a copy of the contract as of yet. I have contacted them many times asking for my copy of the work to be done. I signed a contract via a computer pad. I was told I would get my copy via e-mail the following day. That did not happen (First red flag.) Heater and A/C installed on a Friday and Saturday. (Second red flag), I was told that the heater and A/C were working just fine late Saturday (6:00 PM). However, I did not see any change in temperature at the time. I am an old man, shame on me, to let this guy con me into thinking that the heater and A/C were working. When in fact he knew it was not working. The only thing working was the fan. GreenStar told me that they would get someone out to fix the problem Monday. (red flag #3) That did not happen. The repair guy showed up Tuesday. He found that that system was overfilled to the point that the system could not work. He filled it at the correct level. It seems to be working OK now. However, I will not be doing business with GreenStar in the future.

Was completely taken advantage of by this company. We had a one year old water heater that was still under warranty but labor was not covered so we called Greenstar . I assumed the water heater was broken as we had no hot water he charged me $1,500 just for the labor but failed to tell me I had a leak from the pipe leading to the water heater which was causing the water to build up long story short the next day the water was back so had a friend refer me another Plummer. He instantly said we were ripped off because the leak was the issue not the water heater and could not believe a Plummer would not fix the leak before the water heater was installed and said more than likely the water heater he replaced was fine and we were taken advantage of. Do not use this company

Quoted me more than $1,500 to do a recharge of my system. This was a thousand more than other service providers.
