Got The Job Done LLC

I wanted to like this company. They have such an inviting name. Got the Job Done. Unfortunately, they didn't get anything done other than to frustrate my family. I called this place at noon on 9/1/12 to ask if I could drop off a bunch of broken and/or unwanted electrical items. The man I spoke with said they would be happy to pick the stuff up for us. He took our address and said someone would be there in an hour for pick up. We hustled about, dragged all the stuff out to the street, and waited. The short version of our experience is that, despite multiple phone calls, and multiple promises from this company over a 2 day span, no one ever showed up to pick up the junk. For 3 days over the holiday weekend, we had a junk pile on our lawn. The stuff was finally picked up today by another company.
