My home warranty company assigned the job to Garrett Plumbing. The technician came and promptly collected the service fee. He then refused to do warranty work on the ground that divertor has been "disassembled" (I did remove the handle while waiting for him), and offered me to fix it for an additional $150. I showed him the door and gave the job to another plumbing contractor. Not sure if other plumbers in this company are as dishonest as this one, but my recommendation is to avoid Garrett Plumbing.
