Invasive roots choked/broke 1 sprinkler pipe. John proposed 2 solutions. His worker dug, slowly chopped away root pieces to locate break, spliced new extension to sprinkler riser. John only charged lower estimate of $150 which I appreciate—higher quote of $180 was justified because it saved my knees for 1.25 hours & I had no experience splicing PVC. I was contacted within 5 minutes of my request by John. Fifteen minutes later he was at my home for evaluation of my problem. By the next morning he more than fixed my underground leak and the needed sprinkler heads. He definitely knows his business. All started well but then the project unnecessarily stretched out over months. Every time John showed up it was with a different worker, with seemingly zero experience. The final straw was when he used weed and feed on our lawn and it burned patches. Every flower he planted died because he did not fix/replace our sprinklers as we contracted him to do. We finally gave up on him and are stuck with a mess. Because of our experience with Flores Landscaping, we will not be using Angi referrals again.

I normally conduct all my affairs via a credit card. Mr Flores was not yet set up for this form of payment.
