First Metro Appraisals

I got him from the Apartment House Association.  When mother passed away, we had to have our property appraised.  He was a fantastic man, we call him Lee Walker.  First, he gave us pictures of what the appraisal was based on, a very detailed written appraisal.  We had the property appraised through a bank appraiser and it was ridiculously low, so we had to get our own appraiser.  The gentleman was very efficient, very nice.  He searched out property around our area that had recently sold and the value and he really did his homework based upon what the appraised amount was, it was based on knowledge of what he did to come up with the amount.  He is very very knowledgeable on what he does.  He is reasonable.  He is a nice older gentleman.  We paid half of the fee and then he came out and did the rest and then we paid the second part of the fee; it was well worth it.
