Description of Work: Everything went fine - they ordered a new faucet from their catalog for me. I thought it was overpriced (but all the fixtures in their store were high-end). It came in when they said it would, i picked it up and paid for it. All good. |The part that wasnt so good - I couldnt get a lot of information from the sales staff and they acted like they were doing me a favor by talking to me and taking my order. I wont be back.

They brought our order to our home. They seemed very nice and knowledgeable; they were recommended to us. We haven?t installed the fixtures yet, but so far it has been fine.
Description of Work: We ordered a kitchen faucet, filter faucet, soap dispenser, and stainless steel sink from them.

Although we clearly specified the style we wanted, the entire order was wrong (except for the shower head). The salesperson refused to admit that he ordered the wrong parts and tried to put the blame on us. The worse part of this big mistake, is that since they had the shower valve in stock the day we placed our order, we had it installed and continued with our bathroom remodeling. Unfortunately, the valve is now behind our new shower walls and it will not fit a shower trim to match the style we specified, (apparently, the valve can only be used with certain models from this particular brand). Our only option at this point is to install the shower fixtures since we do not want to reopen the walls. We made an attempt to speak to the manager to share our experience, we were told he was not available, so we left a message and we have not heard from him yet. Unfortunately, our experience with this purchase was very negative and stressful as we had no other options in purchasing a matching shower trim to our vanity fixtures.
Description of Work: We ordered a shower valve, shower head, shower trim/handle and vanity faucet.

The people there were knowledgeable and friendly. It took them a few days longer to deliver the toilet seat as somebody forgot to put in the order.
