IT WAS NOTHING SPECIAL. THEY DIDN'T DO A SUPER JOB. THEY DID AN OKAY JOB. THEY GOT SOME OF THE BAD SPOTS OUT, BUT THE CARPET HAS BEEN DOWN FOR MANY YEARS AND IT JUST DIDN'T REFRESH IT THAT MUCH. THEY STEAM CLEANED IT AND I GUESS THEY GOT SOME OF THE DIRT OUT BUT THEY DIDN'T REMOVE ALL OF THE SPOTS.
