I last used them June last year. I had to use them on several occasions once when I was still living in Orange and since I have been living in Riverside. They do a fantastic job of getting stains out of carpets. They are fair they are prompt, they are professional and they do a good job. I have had no issues with them whatsoever. I have had issues with two different Vendry's before where they said they cleaning, they sprayed some stuff over it and actually there were more stains after they cleaned the carpet than before. I called Diamond to come back out and I said and quot;You guys come out and take care of thisand quot;. They came out and got rid of the stains that Vendry actually put into my carpet. I need to call them again this summer.
