This company was recommended by our daughter who bought her set in Mission Viejo years ago when their advertising was and quot;David vs Goliathand quot;. We went to the Brea store which is quite small compared to the big box mattress stores. The two employees were busy with other customers which was fine with us because we were able to test the sets by ourselves. It was encouraging to hear that one of the other customers had purchased all of their sets from this company and were now buying 2 sets for grandchildren who would be spending the summer. We kept moving between set #1 which was too soft for me and the next set up which was too firm for my husband. Michelle directed us to a set they just started carrying that was between the 2 in firmest which we purchased. We appreciated her honesty in telling us that our current bed frame would be fine, thus saving us $98.00. We could have had delivery in 2 days but postponed it for 3 weeks to ready the room. As the final contract was ready Michelle reached into a drawer and pulled out a coupon for $100.00 which saved us some more. The delivery couldn't have been smoother. They called us 20 minutes out and arrived exactly on time. They had no problem with the second floor bedroom. As they were removing the old set we had the opportunity to vacuum under the bed. They even assisted us in putting the new bed skirt on. This was a positive experience from start to finish and we are very happy with our new set.

We started buying mattresses from Custom Comfort 12 years ago when we switched from a water bed to a latex mattress. Since then, we have bought a custom-sized coil-spring mattress for an antique bed and another latex mattress. We custom order the mattress, adding pillow top or extra padding, etc. The mattress is custom made and delivered by that evening at no extra charge. We bought one of the latex mattresses for later delivery and asked them to air out the mattress before delivery which they did at no extra charge. If the bed is not to your liking during the first month, they will pick it up and redo it to your new specifications, with you paying for any upgrades. In addition, they also have a service for flipping the mattress! When we bought the first latex mattress 12 years ago, it came with a very generous 20 year warranty. Recently we were unhappy with how the mattress had compressed and we called the company. Someone came out within days, assessed the situation, offered several ways they could remedy it and the problem was immediately resolved. Every salesperson, delivery person, customer rep has been extremely knowledgeable, professional, and well trained. Delivery personnel go out of their way to help, even dusting the floor. Another minor problem we had (a missing part for a bed frame), was handled quickly, easily and with great apologies for the inconvenience. We have been extremely satisfied with this company and have highly recommended it to friends over the past 12 years.
