CHASE MORTGAGE

Chase may not be a top of the line company but I have no bad things to report about them. My mortgage set up was so good before because I used an outstanding guy from another company. That package carried over to Chase when my mortgage was called. Basically, that in and of itself pleases me. I will say that Chase has a good on line service. The website is real good. They are friendly on the phone. I think they have earned a pretty solid reputation too so you know you are not dealing with some small, new company that may or may not know what they are doing. Overall, I feel pretty confident in their abilities to provide me with continually good services when it comes to my mortgage.

Chase was pretty good. Again, they are a larger mortgage company. However, they have a fairly good reputation and you know that they have a good knowledge base when you deal with them. One of the benefits of using a larger company is that you know they have already established their roots and have gotten their feet wet in the field already. I really found them to be pretty good. I later wound up using another mortgage company earlier this year but I certainly would not be opposed to using Chase again. I think they follow through on their promises, certainly they bill you on time, and as long as you make your payments on time, they are great to deal with.

IN THE LAST TWO YEARS CHASE MANHATTAN MORTGAGE HAS ALWAYS COMMUNICATED IN AN EFFECTIVE AND EFFICIENT WAY. THEY HAVE ALWAYS ANSWERED ALL MY QUESTIONS AND HAVE A VERY PROFESSIONAL COMPANY TO BE ASSOCIATED WITH.
