People that work there are super duper friendly. I had a couple of oil changes done and some brake work. They did a good job even though it was a little on the pricey side. I don't think I will be going back though. I was informed a few months back that I need to get some other work done that was going cost at least $700. I decided to stop by the dealership where I purchased my vehicle from just to get a price quote. I got a quote but the service advisor asked me if I noticed any problems and I told him no. They decided to double check it and I was told that it did not need to be replaced. So needless to say I almost shelled out $700 for something that I didn't need. There very nice there but that's a deal breaker for me.
Water pump: 25% overpriced, labor about right.
Serpentine belt: 140% overpriced, labor included with water pump labor.
Fuel filter: 30% overpriced, labor 22% over. Probably not needed, replaced about 2-3 years ago.
Power steering pressure hose: 90% overpriced, labor OK. Probably not needed, no leakage noted at home, never had to top off.
Glow plug: price OK, labor 115% overpriced.
Batteries and cable: said batteries were leaking acid and significant cable damage. I took & examined the parts. Only one battery leaking. Some cable corrosion, arguable whether it could have been cleaned instead of replaced. Batteries 59% overpriced, cable 240% overpriced.
Transmission flush: hard to compare, but ATF fluid was overpriced.
The entire visit was at least $600 and more likely close to $1,000 overpriced.
We could see where the extra money goes. On a Saturday afternoon, there were three office staff and one mechanic present. Their courtesy shuttle is a Hummer.
We won't be back, except possibly for lifetime warranty work on the provided parts and services.

It requires a few more people working in the office to provide the level of customer service our guests receive. Our pricing is competitive and it includes premium services such as Complimentary Loaner Cars, Lifetime Warranties, Complimentary Car Washes and the list goes on. We have five technicians working every day of the week including Saturday. It takes a bigger front office staff to support the amount of production staff we have working in the garage. Your average shop in the area will have only 1 Service Advisor working with 2-3 technicians. This might be why our staff looks bigger, when in reality we are pairing the correct number of Technicians & Service advisors to produce the volume of work performed at our facility. We are not the cheapest auto repair shop in town but we are the best value! Our goal is to provide an exceptional customer service experience and make visiting the repair shop fun. We realize that the guests coming from Angie’s List prefer and demand a high level of customer service and industry expertise. Our aim is to provide all of our guests with that experience. We have a large number of extremely happy Angie’s List clients that have voiced their opinion through their reviews. We appreciate all input from guests that have had experiences with us!
