a) returned my call promply and set an appointment for an estimate
b) arrived promptly for the appointment
1) gave clear options and price points, elaborated on features and allowed me time to consider choices
2) no pressure and willing to work with me if I didn't want to make a decision at that time
c) notified me promply when the shutters came in and set up an installation appointment
d) arrived promptly, did a GREAT job installing the new shutters
e) took just about the exact time to install as he had estimated.
f) was so pleased, I ordered shutters for another room and they will be here this month!
Very good service. No sales pressure. Gave a clear picture of all options that might fit our needs at the initial appointment.
