A terrible experience. We ordered shades, blinds, and drapes and pretty much had a miserable experience all the way through. Individual installers were nice enough, but customer service and responsiveness were hideously bad. No return calls. Forgotten parts. Different techs offering conflicting opinions...etc. It got so bad that I had to contact their regional salesperson to get anywhere and even then I had to initiate all phone calls. I even sent a letter of complaint to the owner/president but never heard from anyone. Guess my business wasn't important enough. I would not use again and could not recommend them to a neighbor who asked about them.

THE BLINDS ARE GREAT. WE LOVE THE BLACK OUT ONES THE BEST. THEY CAME IN AND INSTALLED THE WHOLE HOUSE IN JUST A FEW HOURS. WE HAVE NOT HAD ANY PROBLEMS AND WOULD HAVE THEM BACK.
