I was very happy for them to catch the need for my brakes before anything happened to me. That's why I keep going back to them because they take the appropriate measures.

I use them regularly. The regular maintenance gives me peace of mind. I have found it to be valuable to me to have them take a look at my car and make sure it's running well, so that I don't have any surprises on the road.

It was one of the smaller service maintenance calls. They did a multi point check list so that everything was covered. I didn't have to do any fluids or taking care of anything like that. It's a one stop shop.

They are an "A" for absolutely everything. They are fabulous. They are very trustworthy. They don't do stuff that doesn't need to be done. They don't rip you off. I refer them to all of my friends. 

You can take it to a repair shop that you actually trust what they are going to do for you. If anything is wrong, they will let you know about it. They will tell you upfront. They don't do things that don't need to be done, which most people are afraid of.

It took two days to get the work completed. The workers were great. I wish they were open on the weekends.

Vendor were prompt and service was as promised. They did what they said and did it well. They also have a follow up of service do next oil change Victoria's snail mail. Overall good and would use them again.

They checked everything for me and told me everything that needed to be done. Since the service my mileage has increased. They got it done in one day, and they told me what things could wait and what things needed to be done now. They are very trustworthy.

Overall, jack did his work on my car faster than estimated. He did not try and drag it out and stall for time the way pep boys does. He is efficient and confident and has a certificate or a licence for evrything he does. All his work is guaranteed in writing. His manner is engaging and u feel as if he and his wife really care about you personally.

. They explain everything why something is necessary, whether I can wait and have it done later, they will observe things that may be showing somewhere. They seem to be fair and they do good work. When I used to take my car to the agency they would give a ride home. They have offered to give me transportation but not both ways. I understand it is a small business and they cannot provide the same services that an agency does but then they should not charge the same rate. So I do have to arrange transportation or plan to wait while they do the work. I am very satisfied with them. Price wise I don't do the comparison shopping. I would use their services in the future.

I was pleased with my service and based on previous estimates and advice, I believe the tires and services we agreed upon during my consultation were best for my requirements and within budget. I feel this family-owned business places great emphasis on customer service and fairness in pricing. This is very important to me as I no longer have a husband to take care of this. I'm no slouch at verifying competitive pricing on my own, and I was very satisfied. The only downside that I can see is that there are no regular transportion options for dropping off/picking up my car. However, I did score a ride home by dropping my car off at the end of the day before services were provided the next day.

The experience was very nice. This is a family owned business and they are service oriented. They are kinda hard to find because they are located behind a stereo shop and the signage isn't all that great. But they have been there for 20 years and they are good people. I strongly recommend this shop if you are in the City of Orange or one of the surrounding cities.
