+ -1 moreBOTH THE ASSOCIATE IN THE STORE AND THE ONE THAT VISITED MY HOME WAS VERY NICE AND OF THE SCIENCE OF CARPETS AND PADDING. I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE PROMPT APPOINTMENT AND COMPLETION OF THE JOB.
Description of Work: THE WATER FROM THE FLOOD CAUSED FROM A BROKEN WATER LINE IN THE LAUNDRY ROOM THAT IS ABOVE THE LIVING ROOM DAMAGED THE CARPET AND PADDING. FLOORING AMERICA WAS RECOMMENDED TO ME BY A CLOSE FRIEND. I VISITED THE STORE AND PICKED OUT A CARPET IN THE SAME GRADE AND COLOR THAT WAS DAMAGED. AN ASSOCIATE VISITED MY HOME TO TAKE DOWN THE MEASUREMENTS AND QUOTED ME A PRICE THAT I ACCEPTED.
