MORTGAGE COMPANY LOST OUR PAYMENT AND FAILED TO BELIEVE THAT WE HAD SUBMITTED THE PAYMENT ON TIME AND IT HAD ALREADY CLEARED OUR BANK (CLEARED AS AMERIQUEST PAYMENT). THEY INFORMED US THAT IT WAS OUR RESPONSIBILITY TO RESOLVE THE PROBLEM. TOOK ONE MONTH TO CLEAR THE ISSUE. MY WIFE AND I TALKED WITH MORE THAN EIGHT REPRESENTATIVES WITH AMERIQUEST. THEY NEVER ONCE SAID THAT IT WAS THEIR FAULT. UNBELIEVABLE.
