Price was quoted up front during initial phone inquiry. Saved a few dollars by writing check, instead of using credit card. Appointment was scheduled for 2 days (I think) after call. Tech showed up on time, got the approximately 20 foot run from laundry closet to exterior opening all cleaned out. Work took maybe 30-45 minutes; guy vacuumed lint off surrounding shrubs and ground below the vent when he finished. Very satisfied with both the professionalism of the office person to the pleasant and efficient service tech.

Everything went great. This work was scheduled at my daughters home. They were done in 2 hours. The dryer vent was really clogged and he not only cleaned it but added a secure strap to the wall to keep it level. The Furnace vents had not been cleaned in years it turned out and it did create a bit of mess on the floor but they cleaned it all up afterwards and left the house spotless. would definitely use them again. Great scheduling considerations which was appreciated.

Great! They were able to get someone out to my house that afternoon - he re-attached the duct (properly this time) and cleaned the most amazing amount of lint out of the duct!

they showed up on time and were professional and cleaned up after themselves. I want to note that they were really helpful in coordinating this effort because the woman who lives there has dementia and is often confused and not too well organized. they dealt with me to arrange the schedule and were patient and understanding with her. thank you for that. I will definitely use them again for my home when the time comes.
