Excalibur air heating plumbing electrical

What happened was one guy came in and he said there's no issue with the thermostat I think it was electrical stuff and I'm not qualified to do that and we said okay so he got paid by doing that and he will send someone who can do that. Then we got another guy came in after a day or two and he was an electrician and said oh there was no problem there's nothing wrong and the problem was the thermostat so we were confused we got a new thermostat and it's not working. I called the company and she said so this is what the second guy said and i need my refund and they mentioned that I will get a refund I tried to reach on Tuesday and phone is temporary out of service the second number I called it was ringing but it did not pick up i left a message did not get a call back and nothing
