Phone Service - Cellular
They suck and that is the biggest compliment I can give them. You can't get hold of a person. If you need customer service, it's very difficult to get through anyone. I took forever to find out what my account number was because they had all different kinds of numbers. It's very frustrating to get information though compared to another phone company I think the actual service for your phone is good. I like the fact that it pays for my direct TV, my cellphone and my home phone. If there was somebody better, I'd go to.

I chose them, because I thought that they would be a little cheaper than what I was paying. I don’t know if I would continue using them in the future.

The price varies. They are expensive. They've been real good with punctuality. I don't know if I would use them again. If I was asked to choose I'll price around may be a little bit more.
