All new plants are now watered utilizing a drip watering system that is beneath a layer of weed cloth and decomposed granite. The center portion of the yard is where the newly installed grass/sod is located. It is surrounded by a curved concrete mowing edge that separates it from the drought tolerant plants. LED accent lighting was also installed.
I am very happy with his design and layout of plants. I was unhappy with the job site not being cleared properly at the end of each day. I am a stickler for detail, especially when I'm paying for it. The finishing touches (attention to detail) were missing from the job on the final day. Those touches included: weed cloth was visible where the decomposed granite meets the concrete mow strip; scrap sprinkler pieces littered the plantings and new plantings hadn't been relieved of their dead leaves.
