On time. I had already vacated the unit and just handed the keys to Frank. A trustworthy person. Great clean up. Lots of attention to detail. Even painted the closet rods! Swan has also painted my mother's home (exterior and interior) in the City of Orange. Learned about his work from a neighbor. His price may be a little higher but the peace of mind and dependabilty along with the quality of his work are well worth it.

Exterior Painting
Meticulous and extensive prep work, including thorough caulking, sanding, and patching of holes and cracks. The finished product looked fantastic, due to the prep work. Swan Painting was on the higher end of three paint contract bids, but the quality of their work is remarkable. Would highly recommend.
