Excellent. Called on a Thursday and he indicated that he would be able to come the next day. Arrived on time, cleaned out the main drain and several other drains. You can't tell he was at your home except everything now works. Will use again.

First I called one of the Big Guys. I was quoted 6 different prices for 2 categories each of 3 different services. The least expensive was $282. The technician tried to clear the drain through a cleanout and was unsuccessful. He then called his supervisor, who came out 1/2 hour later with some very sophisticated equipment and told me I should contact my homeowners insurance because I had to tear up my kitchen floor. Next day I called Sir Rooter. Had to leave a message on his answering service and he returned my call within 10 minutes. Being a one-man operation, he was not able to come right away, but gave me a two hour window and showed up on time as promised. After explaining my situation, He told me his plan A, plan B, and plan C (we had to use them all). Efrain was very professional, clean, patient, and persistent. He was able to clear the drain and offered suggestions without a "hard sell" on how to proceed in the future should the problem return (which it probably will since there were roots in the pipe). Total cost was $80 minus 10% discount for having been referred from Angie's List. Efrain is the epitome of the phrase "Do one thing and do it well". He told me he has been doing this since he was 17 years old and it's the only thing he's ever done. Believe me, he does it VERY WELL. I will be calling for his services again in the future. He said he is able to quote any job over the phone.

We have been using them every few years to prevent having any drainage problems. They do a great job and have great customer service.

Trustworthy !!! The only plumber who said that it is unnecessary to change water tank, while 3 others who gave an estimate said it is time to change water tank. (The solution was to change the old faucet of the water tank!) o very thorough with inspection o cleans area after job is done o did not push for unnecessary job

All work was very satisfactory. He is punctual, but if there is an unexpected delay he will immediately notify you. He is very polite, and always leaves the work area clean, and he stands behind his work. He performs work by appointment, but if he is able, he will accommodate.
