Sheli made few exception to her personal schedule to show homes on the market and was constantly making excuses that her son had "baseball practice," or a "weight lifting competition." If she did show up it was only for a few minutes. In and out in a hurry because she had some other more pressing family committment. When I would talk about the possibilities of living in the house and what I envisioned for the space she would retorted with, "Why would you want to do that?" I felt as if she was never concerned for my time, needs or money. I stopped sharing any ideas with her. This agent was so detached from me, the buyer, she failed to notify me of the address of the new HOA I moved in to, I missed a $8,000 First Time Homebuyers Tax Credit, and she knew none of the details about any other tax credits that may have been available. Her answer for everything was, "look it up on the internet." Don't ever use this agent. Run away from her fast.
Description of Work: This person is a real estate agent in Southern California, Inland Empire. She is much more interested in her personal profit margin than listening to the home buyer. Don't use her and tell your friends.
