in the 1930?s. Roy was nice enough to come and quickly give us an estimate; he
also gave a senior discount due to the fact that my grandmother is 80.
The whole job took about two weeks, but when Roy was done
the ceilings were up to code, the whole room was reinforced using metal studs,
complete and total insulation (there was none before) and the place now had a
beautiful modern look to it, at least just the living room.
We went with a smooth finish as we don?t like the look of texture;
those walls were just so impossibly smooth and flat.
I wish I would?ve taken before and after pictures, but it
pretty much went from dilapidated junk yard to tre? chic in a way I cannot
really describe in words.
He was very professional, courteous and cost us far less than the other
estimates we received, most were giving us approx 7-10 thousand dollar
estimates, Roy did it in 3, here?s to being under-budget and over-quality for
the price.
