Appliance Repair
RAFAEL IS OWNER/TECHNICIAN. HE RESPONDED TO MY RESIDENCE THREE (3) TIMES TO ATTEMPT REPAIR. THE FIRST TIME HE WAS PUNCTUAL. THE SECOND AND THIRD TIME HE MADE ME WAIT AT HOME ALL DAY. TO THIS DATE, I STILL HAVE NO ICE.
