Our company no longer uses this company's service. The owner's temper is unpredictable.

on 1/3/18, they came out to survey the property for rodent activity. they did minimal property survey and found nothing to indicate source of rodent in the property. placed few cheap rodent traps and told me they will come back three time for activity monitoring. never came back for 3rd visit and nothing in the trap. I feel $175 was waste and would not use or recommend the service.

Travis the technician who worked with me was fabulous. Not only was he pleasant, he was well informed and answered all my questions and concerns. I felt confident from the get go with him. There was an improvement in my situation right after the first treatment. I just finished my last and I have good feelings that the bugs have been taken care of. I have now scheduled other maintenance services for my house to help control other pests.

And the price / quote was right on the mark. First initial service $125. And $95 every 3 months for continued quarterly service. Great company to do business with. Highly recommend them Bob

I have used them for 20 years. It is a small company. I work with a lot of contractors, and am a property manager. When I come across ones I like, I stick with them. They are always there when I need them. I have had them take care of bees, and pigeons in the past. They respond immediately. Their prices are fair.

Outstanding work.  He took time to explain what he would do, came prepared, and was able to trap two of the birds...the others flew off.  We did not know we had more than one pair nesting.  He then "fenced off" the area with a fine mesh that is not visible down on the patio.   AND, he cleaned the area, which was a big MESS.  He also cleaned the patio deck which was littered as well.
The pigeons and their eggs had attracted a young hawk daily and there would be a war over the eggs with the hawk winning and our patio deck, lounge chairs were a daily mess.
The birds are still gone.  We have peace and quiet and CLEAN...Thanks New Century for continued professional work.

I'M VERY HAPPY WITH THEM. I FEEL THEY'VE GONE ABOVE AND BEYOND SOMETHING OF WHAT I'VE ASKED THEM TO DO. I HAVE HIBISCUS BUSHES AND THEY HAVE WHITE FLIES ON THEM. THEY'LL GO AHEAD AND SPRAY FOR THOSE AND THEY WON'T CHARGE ME EXTRA. THEY JUST KEEP THAT UNDER CONTROL.
