Disaster of a company with customer service from ****! Over a month ago we paid for a desk, to be delivered and assembled a week later with their "white glove" service. An hour into assembly, the serviceman discovered some of the parts were missing. They left the half assembled desk with parts scattered in my home office assuring us they will be back later the same day to finish the job. The day went, nobody arrived nor called us, which is roughly how the last few weeks have been since. We have called multiple times, usually on hold or bouncing between unhelpful employees for about an hour, usually promising to call us back, which they never do. Best we could piece together was that the missing part had to be ordered, which then turned into multiple parts with estimated arrival more than a month out. The same desk shows in stock on the website for local stores. More than a week ago we demanded our order be canceled and refunded. We are trying to coordinate somebody to come and pickup the pieces. My office has been in disarray and unusable for a month. Mathis continue to not return our calls or generally not have a clue about what is going on. I ended up buying a nice dining table for my home. Ray my sales guy was very helpful in helping me choose the right piece of furniture for my home. I just wished they offered free delivery within a certain radius of their business but otherwise I would shop with them again.
