I pay $50 a month for that service. I continue using him because of the price and also because of his work ethic. He is such a great guy, very personable and on time. He is reliable, responsible and just a pleasure to work with.

It has gone extremely well. Joe is responsible, reliable, punctual, and just plain old GREAT! We are so happy with his work we can't stop praising him and telling everyone we know. He always goes above and beyond his duties and does special things for us. We are so grateful to work with him and we will keep him as long as he is in business. He's the BEST!
