After driving to a few places searching for Granite prices my wife saw this place as we drove down Holt and suggested we stop to check it out. Biggg showroom as soon as you walk in. One of their sales reps comes up and gives us a quick run down and told us about a special they have on their granite for $40 a sq. ft with installation and fabrication. I was sold. After searching all week getting prices going from $30-$75 a sq.ft MINUS installation and fabrication, I was glad we stopped in. Thanks again Trinidad for helping me and my wife out. Coming back for cabinets to match the new granite we got installed.

We met with 4 other contractors. Juan was our favorite from the get-go. He didn't try to push a larger project or talk us into more than what we needed. On the contrary, he was VERY practical in his approach. His quote, compared to the others was also incredibly reasonable. When we got started, his crew was the right size for my project. They worked quickly, efficiently, and cleanly. During the project, we had several changes, and add-ons and he and his crew took them all in stride. Some of the changes were recommendations made by them significantly improving the project overall. When it came time to bill me for the extras, it was no different, his prices were more than fair. I have other projects to do and will definitely be calling him back for them.

Juan knows that it is important for me to get the work done quickly and well since this is a rental.  His guys come when he says they will and he checks in on their work and their progress.  If I notice something that got missed, he is very pleasant about making sure everything is to my standards.  They all work hard and long  to get the job done quickly but well.    I have had them work on my rental houses many times and I am always thrilled with the outcome.
