We've utilized Mo's services a couple times now and he continues to provide the caliber of service and quality that expect from someone working on our house. We needed and light fixture removed and shower rod installed and Mo completed the work in a very timely fashion and even went out of his way to sweep up any dust as a result of his exceptional work.

Fantastic other places wanted a lot of money to repair fence it wasn't a lot but was on a hard slop so I couldn't reach it. It was a little difficult to arrange time but that was primarily on my end with schedule. He is what he says he was able to shore up the fence but he told me I needed a professional to put down posts and replace which is fine as I understood that as the fence is shared and I would need to split cost. I added the before pictures as an example of what I am talking about. He was able to help me lay down some much needed mulch on the slope in 95 degree weather. I will have him out for other tasks around the house that I can't do. It is nice to have an honest answer the name says it all if he can't he won't.

Mr Mann is a real troubleshooter-- he had to track down the transformer and wires for my mechanical doorbell by going up in the attic. I asked 5 different electricians to fix the doorbell and all either didn't want to take on such a small job or didn't want to get dirty in the attic. Mr. Mann did all work I asked him to do and more within less than an hour. You can be sure I will be using his services again.

Excellent response, gracious, professional. I plan on making "If We Can't, We Won't" my "Go To" handyman service. Mo came out and helped with a very tricky storage problem. His patience and creativity were much appreciated. His professionalism is evident in all aspects of his work from giving quotes and offering possible solutions, to completion of work and clean up. He also fixed a door that needed repairs and weather-sealing. Without my telling him, he was aware of the need for the door to be to code for a home with a pool. He works efficiently, and checks for approval on decisions that need to be made before proceeding. We are on a tight budget, but have a nice home that I usually try to maintain myself whenever possible. Mo's professionalism and fair pricing will be making my life easier in the future! I plan on calling him for future projects as they arise.

Mr. Mann (Mo) quickly figured out the problem. He made a quick run to Lowes to purchase the necessary parts to fix the light fixture. In the past he has repaired my hot water heater (replaced the thermocoupler and drain valve) and repaired my toilet which was leaking water. He is always on time and his work is impeccable. This is a rental property which I own and manage myself. It is great to know that I have a handyman that is honest and dependable whenever my tenant contacts me with a problem. A very big "Thank You" to Mo and his company, It We Can't, We Won't.

Very kind and listens to your issue and goes over his plan for repair. Doesn't waste time with any unnecessary chit chat. Very knowledgeable professional and thorough.
