Could not even give me a general idea of how much it would cost. They finally gave me an estimate over the phone. Someone came out and saw it and stuck with that estimate. I get a call back, and when I advised them that we were looking around, they tried telling me they were doing me a favor. Estimated cost was $500.

I RECEIVED THE ESTIMATE FOR THE KITCHEN, BUT HAVE NOT YET RECEIVED THE BATH ESTIMATE TWO WEEKS LATER. THEY KEEP SAYING THEY WILL CALL ME, BUT THEY NEVER DO.

THE OWNER IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND THEIR COMMUNICATION SKILLS LEAVE A LOT TO BE DESIRED. WHAT THEY PRESENT TO YOU FROM THE BEGINNING AND HOW THEY ACT THROUGH THE WHOLE PROCESS ARE TWO DIFFERENT THINGS. WE HAD A PROBLEM WITH HOW THEY WERE FINISHING OFF PART OF OUR TILE. WHAT THEY HAD SAID THEY WERE TRYING TO DO IN THE BEGINNING AND WHAT THEY DID WERE TWO DIFFERENT THINGS. WE ACTUALLY TOOK THEM TO THE CONTRACTOR'S BOARD AND WON.
