GROUT EXPECTATIONS

Originally called because there was a leak from the shower to the ceiling below. He came out, pointed to where the problem was, and then suggested regrouting in general. We agreed, and he did a nice job. Unfortunately the leak continued. Rather than call him back, I got my father-in-law to come out and he checked the grout around the approximate area above the leak in the shower. It took him an hour of caulking, but he fixed the leak. Should have just called him. Grout expectations was prompt, friendly, courteous. He just did not deliver on doing the most important part, which was the leak. The grouting looks fine, but still dissatisfied with what we really needed. He might have come out again if we had asked, but I was in no mood.

I was extremely pleased and AMAZED. They made the tub look fantastic. They were extremely professional and did more than I expected. I would like them to offer a caulking Big Deal! I would recommend their services to anyone.

I found the ad for Grout Expectations in a mailer. I arranged for an estimate to correct the ugliness of the buckled section. James was very prompt at our appt. time. As it turned out, he missed our repair appt. due to being ill and had not called to cancel. I was apprehensive but made a new appt. (we all get sick sometime). This time he was quite prompt and even waited for my arrival. I was running late from work but could not get cell phone reception to call and let him know. James is very clean-cut, pleasant, and polite. He worked steadily until he completed the job. I could not believe my eyes when he showed me the completed repair. I had a hard time finding the slightly mis-matched tile I had purchased, and the vanity was smooth and flat! He warned me that I have water damage to the wood under the tiles, which is why they had buckled, so I'm aware this is a temporary remedy, but I am thrilled at these results! He cleaned up the work area very well.
